Welcome to PAN. By accessing our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

All content, branding, and products on this website are the property of PAN. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without written permission from PAN.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. PAN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier, and external factors. Once an order has shipped, PAN is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products in their original condition and packaging, in accordance with our return policy. Customers must contact PAN support before initiating a return or refund.

Our 30-day risk-free trial and any voluntary refunds are granted at PAN’s discretion. PAN reserves the right to refuse a return or refund in certain circumstances, including but not limited to suspected abuse of our policies, prior chargeback history, repeated refund requests, or orders flagged by our systems as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.

In certain cases, PAN may choose to cover return shipping costs as a courtesy. However, in most cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

PAN does not tolerate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks. If a chargeback is filed for an order that has been successfully delivered and fulfilled, any trials, guarantees, refunds, or warranties associated with that order may be immediately voided. If a refund is later approved following a chargeback or dispute, any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. PAN reserves the right to dispute such chargebacks using all available order, delivery, and transaction evidence as permitted by law and payment network rules.

5. Warranty

All PAN pickleball paddles and accessories are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty claims are not valid while an active chargeback or payment dispute is in progress.

6. Dispute Handling

PAN reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using available order records, delivery confirmation, transaction data, and other relevant information as permitted by law and payment network rules.

7. Liability

PAN is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Customers assume full responsibility for proper use and maintenance.

8. Privacy

Customer information is kept secure and used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and legal or payment-related purposes. PAN does not sell personal information to third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

PAN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the Terms of Service regularly. Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
