• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–7 business days (domestic) and 7–14 business days (international).

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

Warranty

All PAN paddles come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

• We guarantee your paddle to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

• If you believe your paddle has a defect, please contact our support team at info@panpickleball.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
