Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and, in most cases, ship the same day.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping times are:
• 2–4 business days for USA orders
• 3–8 business days for international orders
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be delayed by 1–2 business days due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather, or traffic.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customs & Duties
USA orders are not subject to customs duties or import fees.
International orders generally do not require duties, depending on the destination and order value. All international shipments may be subject to customs review.
Warranty
All PAN paddles come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- We guarantee your paddle to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, loss of items, or unauthorized modifications.
- Pan reserves the right to inspect products to determine the presence of any defects. Acceptance of warranty claims is at Pan’s sole discretion.
